SAFE TYPE, WEIGHT AND DIMENSIONS
Different safe types can be considered, but acceptance depends on the actual construction, weight, dimensions and access. Provide the manufacturer, model, external measurements and reliable weight information when available.
The working boundary is up to approximately 350 kg (770 lb), subject to access and job assessment. A safe below that approximate weight is not automatically feasible; concentrated weight, shape, balance and the complete route still matter.
Photograph the front, sides, base, door orientation and any visible model information. Report existing damage, missing handles, loose parts or uncertainty about the specifications before scheduling.
For a purchase from a seller or business, confirm release timing and an authorized origin contact. Specifications supplied by the seller should be shared, but destination access must still be assessed independently.
ORIGIN AND DESTINATION ROUTE
Measure every door, hallway, landing and turn along the route. Provide step counts, stair widths, ceiling restrictions, thresholds, surface changes, elevator dimensions, carry distance and the proposed truck position.
The destination requires the same attention as the origin. Select a position that can be reached with the assessed equipment and enough working room. A wide room does not resolve a narrow entrance or difficult turn earlier on the route.
