Provide manufacturer, model, external dimensions and reliable weight documentation when available. The general maximum is approximately 350 kg / 770 lb, subject to job and access assessment; it is not automatic acceptance.
Photos should show all sides, door orientation, base, current fasteners and the entire route. Report damage, missing handles, unstable components or uncertainty about weight before scheduling.
If the safe is being collected from a seller or business, confirm release timing, an authorized origin contact and whether the stated specifications come from a reliable record. Destination measurements remain necessary even when the origin pickup is straightforward.
The safe’s dimensions alone do not determine feasibility. Concentrated weight, turns, stairs, thresholds, surfaces and equipment space all matter.
FASTENERS AND INSTALLATION BOUNDARIES
HLM can unbolt a safe when straightforward existing mechanical fasteners are involved and the work is assessed. The crew does not drill walls or floors and does not install new anchors at destination.
If existing fastening is concealed, damaged, inaccessible or requires other trade work, the customer arranges suitable preparation before moving day. The destination position should be ready without expecting new anchoring from the movers.
