From One Truck to a
National Operation
High Level Movers began in early EST 2010 with just one large truck and two best friends, Kevin and Eugene. They started by helping people move across Toronto and the GTA—driven by teamwork, determination, and a shared dream.
EST 2010–2015: Foundations and Systems
Over the first five years, High Level Movers grew quickly—adding more movers, more trucks, and more clients. It became clear the company needed its own base of operations:
  • A place to park the growing fleet
  • Warehouse space for packing supplies
  • Area for storage units and inventory

Moving into a Larger Warehouse
in North York
To support expansion, the company relocated to a large warehouse in North York, which offered:
  • Storage units for client rentals
  • Space for supplies and equipment
  • Parking for all company trucks
This upgrade allowed us to meet rising demand for services like packing, storage, and cleaning—helping the business scale professionally.
Office
First Administrative Hire –
Building Stronger Systems
As the company continued to grow, High Level Movers welcomed its first administrative assistant and sales representative, Lia. She managed all incoming calls, explained standardized rates, and handled bookings for clients ready to move forward. With a natural talent for sales and exceptional communication skills, Lia elevated the customer experience and significantly boosted the company's booking rate.
Her success highlighted the need for a more organized quoting and booking system, helping the company develop stronger processes and laying the foundation for structured operations as the business expanded.
